Conversion Parts Center, Inc. Limited Warranty

Conversion Parts Center, Inc. warrants the product to the original purchaser to be free of substantial defects for 30 days from the date of the original sale, except for the other coverage's listed under "Other Warranties that May Apply "(and items listed under " Exclusions and Limitation and Limits of Warranty")

Other Warranties That May Apply

Conversion Parts Center, Inc. does not warrant items that are warranted by the component manufacture as detailed in their individual manufacturer's warranties. If you did not receive a copy of the manufacture's warranty please contact us.

Exclusions and Limitations of Warranty

Conversion Parts Center, Inc. does not warrant the installation of any part sold, the installation is the sole responsibility of the installer. Conversion Parts Center, Inc. does not warranty fiberglass components if altered, modified, painted and/or installed. Part must be examined on delivery; any defects or discrepancies found upon the inspection must be called in to Conversion Parts Center, Inc. at that time.

Conversion Parts Center, Inc., will not warrant any part that has been modified, altered, or damaged by abuse, misuse, neglect, and failure to observe reasonable and required maintenance practices.

Conversion Parts Center, Inc., does not cover any cost for inconvenience, incidental or consequential damages, expenses, or labor costs to replace or repair any defective part(s).

Conversion Parts Center, Inc., does not warrant items that have been damaged in shipment a carrier damage claim must be filed.
